At Shinola, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and unused merchandise. Whether it's a timepiece, leather goods, or jewelry, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your investment.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  • 2.
    Print Your Label

    Once your request is submitted, we will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Items

    Securely place the items in their original Shinola packaging, including all warranty cards and certificates, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Refund

    Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our craftspeople inspect the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
